The last days or weeks of life are a significant time and have a lasting impact on individuals, their families, friends and support networks. Through the work that is occurring within the Latrobe Health Innovation Zone there is an opportunity to better understand the impact that palliative care services can have on communities and to make improvements to address challenges and gaps within the system.
