Mental health and wellbeing in Latrobe


Telling the Latrobe Health Advocate and Productivity Commission why mental health and wellbeing is important in Latrobe.

Since commencing in the role in June 2018, Jane Anderson, Latrobe Health Advocate has been listening to the views of Latrobe communities. Based on feedback from Latrobe communities the Latrobe Health Advocate has identified mental health and wellbeing as a priority.

The Productivity Commission is currently conducting an inquiry into the effect of mental health on people’s ability to participate in and prosper in the community and workplace, and the effects it has more generally on our economy and productivity.

The Latrobe Health Advocating wants to hear from people in Latrobe. Jane will be providing feedback to the Productivity Commission about what matters to Latrobe communities and what improvements could be made to support people to prosper in their community.
